PURSUANT to the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," the Rangitikei County Council hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of £40,000. i (a) The particular purpose for which the loan is required is the construction of a public work within tb.e Erewhon Riding 'of the Rangitikei

County and comprises the formation of roads the metalling of roads for the first time, the erection of a bridge over the Rangitikei Eiver on the 3Moa-r.-hango-Xupier Eoad, the erectioa of a bridge over the same river on tho Matawhero Eoad and the acquiring of machinery and plant necessary for the carrying out of such public mtotr. (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £40,000. ... ...
