CONFERENCE AT RIGA. . POLAND AIMING AT PEACE. Received 11.20 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 21. Domski, presiding at a plenary sittiirgof the conference at Riga, emphasised that it is Poland's intention to conclude a definite and stable peace. Joffre responded to this sentiment, adding that nil misunderstandings regarding Poland's sineerety had now disappeared.
