WRANGEL'S DEFEAT
OVERWHELMED BY REDS. FORMATION OF NEW ARMY. Received 11 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 21. The Evening News correspondent reports that Wrangel, interviewed, stated that he is forming the nucleus of a new army with the remains of his shattered forces. Sis infantry have provisionally gone to Gallipoli, and the Cossacks to Lemnos. He attributed his defeat to the overwhelming forces of the Reds. Wrangel claims that he. nas saved all his rifles and maching guns, but was forced to destroy his armoured cars and tanks-
