EVIDENTLY A TARCE. RED ARMY'S HUGE RESOURCES. BERLIN, Nov! 12. Von Kahr, the Bavarian Premier, speaking in the Diet, said the Red Army organisation had 463,000 rifles, 1400. machjne-guns, 240 heavy artillery, and 26 aeroplanes, besides mine-throw-ers, flamenwerfur, bombs and explosives. For this reason he contended that the dissolution "of the Einwohnerwehr would be equivalent to suicide. Correspondents, commenting on the statement, say it shows conclusively that the disarmament of Germany in conformity with the Spa agreement is pure farce. LONDON, Nov. 12. Dp to the present, Germany has surrendered 33/600 howitors and field guns and 1200 fortress euns. Only 2500 ar? left, which will probably be destroyed by the end of the month.
