AN ORDERLY RETREAT. SEVASTOPOL, Nov. 10. Wrangel's troops carried out the retreat behind fortified 'lines in splendid order, taking with them the booty previously captured. The Red attacks on Perekop were repulsed with heavy losses. ULTIMATUM TO GEORGIA. CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 10. The Soviet has sent an ultimatum to Georgia, demanding the immediate cessation of negotiations with Wrangel and a rupture of relations with the Entente Powers; also the suspension of commerce therewith. The Soviet promises in return to furnish all the oil and gold required. The Georgian Government has ordered a general mobilisation.
