The likelihood of Austria disappearing from the map of Europe is foreshadowed by Sir William Goode, president of the Austrian section of the Reparations Commission, who states that the delegates of nine Powers on his section have presented a unanimous report to the Reparations. Commissioner for which it is expected the Powers, will make the grave decision indicated, is pointed out that conditions in" Austria have reached such a point that the corporate existence of the country has become practically impossible.

A branch of the League of Nations has Been established with the object of assisting to instal the League as arbiter of world disputes, and to foster mutual ’understanding and create a world organisation able to guarantee freedom, liberty and peace.
