NO OBSTACLE TO SUCCESSION. LONDON, Nov. 2. From well-informed circles . it is learned that the Hellenic Government considers that as Constantine abdicated there is no obstacle to the succession of Paul, whose refusal is regarded merely as playing with words. In the event of Paul persisting in bis refusal an election will be held for a further 369 members, who, with the present Chamber, will elect a King.
