Apparently aeroplane flights have
their disadvantages as far as some farmers in the vicinity of the aviation gounds at Westmere are concerned '(says the Wanganui Herald). Another farmer had to suspend ploughing operations as the cquines evidently resented the periodical aerial visitations over the farm. This Avro also caused a general consternation in the -poultry,yards for a time, and the hens adopted a temporary “go-slow” policy in egg production, but having recovered from the original fright have settled down to business as usual.
