PARIS, Oct. 29
The General Confederation of the Labour and Socialist Party agreed on a campaign in favour of the Russian revolution. Mass meetings will be held in Parrs and other towns on 20th November, when' the workers will be urged not to make or transport war materials and munitions for use against the Russian revolutionaries.
