A POSTAL INNOVATION

A. night letter telegram service is tobe established on the first November. Under this system provision is mace I for the transmission of such telegrams between any two telegraph offices in the Dominion, subject to the following conditions. The rate is to be 1/6 for the first thirty-six words and Jd for i eaGh word in excess of that number.
