Asguith in an interview, ■ describes Mr Lloyd George's speech at Carnarvon as a declaration of insolI • vency on the part of the Coalition Government. The only Irish policy Mr Lloyd George offered was repudiation of Dominion Home Rule and a condonation of the hellish policy of reprisals. An attempt to answer murder by murder and outrage by terrorism was not government but anarchy. "I will deal with the matter of the supposed strategic dangers of a Dominion settlement," said Mr ..
