MAIL TRAIN WRECKED. DELHI, October S. The Madras-Bangalore mail train, was wrecked last night near Arkoname. Several passengers were killed. The disaster was due to the mysterious removal of a rail. On the previous day an attempt was made to wreck the Madras-Bangalore mail, but only a light engine preceding the train was smashed. It is believed political significance attaches Tolhe outrages. Though it offers to release British subjects upon conditions, scarcely any menliion is made regarding ceasing propaganda in Britain and Asia. Britain is therefore sending another Note requiring a definite answer, with a time limit.
