The "directors of the United States Chamber of Commerce discussed English Labour troubles with the representatives of the English Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Stanley Machiu, president of the London Chamber, pointed out that two kinds of agitators existed in England: one that honestly desired an improvement of the workers’ conditions, and the other who desired to overthrow the Government. Mr. Hobson, President! of the Asociation of British Chambers, said the efforts of the British Government to settle Labour disputes had not been satisfactory. ' *
