The following areas of land are available for selection by ballot by discharged soldiers
Taranaki. —Twenty-seven* auctions, Parihaka Settlement, exempt from rent for one year and two years. Twelve sections, Taitania and Ratapiko Settlements. Auckland.-—Seven sections, Pou-a-Kani Block (Taupo district), 1397 acres to 25.72 acres at loss than £1 per acre. Four sections Hurukai S.D., and twenty-one sections in On game S.D.. mostly bush land, at about £2 per acre. Four sections National endowment in Raglan, Opotiki, and Ohinerauri Counties. Four sections Tauranga County, Katikati S.D, Plans may be seen at the office of the Taihape and District Returned Soldiers’ Association after 3 p.m. each day.
