SIR KEITH SMITH.
ARRIVAL THURSDAY
This is the biggest and most expensive, (to say nothing of its fame) enterprise that has been introduced to Taihape and the press comments and opinions from Auckland where it 'drew capacity business day and night, herald the Ross Smith Flight Pictures together with the story of 'the "great adventure" from the lips of Sir Keith Smith himself, to be an entertainment never to be forgotten. From a "tip up" one accompanies these entrepid airmen through sun-parched deserts, over ridges and mountains of snow -dirough jungles ainrl over the vast unexplored tracts of Australia. The phenomenal suicess of this entertainment in Australia is only second to the glories of the accomplishment itself. This is what the Australian
press says: "There is only one way to get any adequate idea of the immensity of the undertaking of this world flight, and that is to hear the aviator, and let the nictnres explain what his obvious hatred of anything in the natufe of selfglorification prevents him from explaining. ' '—Brisbane • Telegraph. "Education and entertainment have rarely been so agreeably combined. .
An entertainment that this generation is indeed fortunate to witness.''—Sydney Daily Telegraph. "A splendid series of pictures. . .Many remarkabe pictures, taken when the aeroplane was in night, were thrown on the screen, bird's-ey? panorama being given of snow-clad mountains, of desert lands, .and scrub and jungle.' '—Melbourne Age.
The Plan is now open at Shersins. It is strongly advised to book.
