The following areas of laud are available for selection by ballot by -discharged soldiers^ Taranakl. —Twenty-seven sections, Parihaka Settlement, exempt fsorh rent for one year and two years. Twelve sections, Taitama and Ratapiko Settlements. Auckland.—Seven seetions, Pou-a-Kani Block (Taupo district), 1397 acres to 2572 acres at less than £1 per acre. Four sections HuTukai S.D., and twenty-one seetions in Ongarue S.D., mostly bush land, at about £2 per acre. Four sections National endowment in Raglan, Opotiki, and Qhinemuri Counties. Four sections Tauranga County, Katikati S.D. Plans may be seen at the office of ike Taihape and District Returned Soldiers' Association after 3 p.m. each day. * i
