PEILDING STOCK SALE., Abraham & Williams Ltd., report: At Feildlng sale on 3rd inst. a good yarding of sheep and cattle came for- >; ward. Fat sheep met with a ready sale, store sheep being hard to quit. We quote:— Sheep.—Fat wethers £2 2/6 to £2 3/6, fat ewes 31/, 33/10, 34/8 to 36/9, fat hoggets to 32/3, mixed hoggets 17/4, 22/6, 27/ to 28/6. Cattle.—Dairy cows £8 5/, £l4 to £l7 10/ springing heiferg £7 10/, £9, £l2, £l4 to £l7 10/, store cows £3 13/6, £4 11/ to £6 12/6, 3 and 4-yr bullocks £l3 5/ to £l3 14/6 : 2 to 3-yr steers £9 15/ to £ll 5/, yearling B.H. steers £4 12/6 to £5, yearling S.H. heifers to £4 15/. PALMERSTON N. STOCK SALE. Abraham & Williams Ltd., report: At Palmerston North Heifers Fair we had a good entry. The dairy stock on the whole wag very ordinary. We quote:—Springing heifers £6, £lO 10/, £l3 to £l7, dairy heifers £lO, £l3 to £l3 10/, yearling steers to £3 5/, yearling bulls to £7 5/.
