ALBANIA AND SERBIA.
BOME, August 25. Sporadic warfare lias been, in progress for some time* between Albanians and Serbians wherein the latter are reported ito have been severely defeated and Jlost twjo "thousand men and a number of guns.' The Serbian and Ajlbaman Governments blame each other. An Albanian delegation in Borne protested fto the Italian Government against the Serbian invasion of Albania on a futile) pretext, and ashed Italy to put an end ,it;o the advance of Jugoslav troops and thereby savei new Balkan troubles.
