Ltd., Palmerston North, report-having a small yarding of sheep and a good yarding of cattle at their Hunterville sale on Tuesday, the 24th inst., which sold as below. —Mixed age half-bred ewes 13/7, -2-th. half-bred ewes 9/, mixed age merino ewes 5/ to 9/2, 31-year steers £lO 16/6, 20-mth steers £8 18/, empty cows 30/, £2, £6 7/, £6 10/, 2-yr empty heifers £8 6/, 20-mth heifers £5 6/, small yearling heifers £2 5/, weaner steers £5 8/. meaner "heifers £3 8// light fat heifers £9 .16/, backward dairy cows £8 8/, -unbroken 3-yr horses £3 to £lO.
