BOLSHEVIK CONDITIONS REJECTED. ' LONDON, August 20. According to a Bolin wireless, the Polish delegates at Minsk rejected the disarmament conditions, unless the Bolsheviks will disarm. GREAT SUCCESS BY.. POLES. LONDON, August 20. Advices declare that the Polish counter-attacks northwards from Lublin are continuing with great success. The Polish line northward represents an advance of about forty miles, while they have advanced east of Warsaw to a depth of fifty miles on a 325-miles front.
