APPRECIATION.
(To the Editor.) Sir,—Please assist me through the medium of your valuable paper, to voice my deepest and heartfelt thanks to the kind people of Taihape and district who have time and again assisted and encouraged me by kindly word and loving deed to patiently face my task. This last act of kindness in so
generously giving me such a magnicent gift has affected me more deeply i than the pen can tell. I go away 7 from Taihape taking with me pleasant memories of the deep-rooted spirit of brotherhood that exists in the hearts of the good folk of Taihape, My sincere wishes are for the wellbeing of my fellow townsfolk with, whom it has been my privilege to be associated for the past 14 yeaxs.
