The ?nu of Bread. W, MILNE & CO. thank their many customers for past patronage, and in their endeavours. to cheapen the loaf they hope to have continuance of public support. Delivery carts only add to the cost of living, they are therefore ceasing to deliver bread. They feel that bread prices must come down, but the only means at present are in reducing cost by cutting out delivery carts. The no-booking cost of the four pound loaf over the counter wiil be 1/, and if this meets with fair support still lower prices may oe charged in the near future. •* W.
