A SENSATIONAL COLLAPSE.
NEW YORK. August 12. Penzi is credited with making two million sterling by exchange speculations, which were interwoven with the Toncver Trust Company, whose doors are closed, all the visible assets of which have allegedly disappeared, and which owes a million sterling. It is estimated Penzi’s TTabilities amount to seven million dollars, but he claims that personal assets Avill meet these. Great crowds, however, are round Penzi’s office pressing their claims.
