For the fifth time James Hayue and Norman Neylon appeared in the dock at *the Supreme Court yesterday on a charge of using an unlawful instrulllGllL to procure abortion.
Mr Macassey, for the Crown, after--I'e\'iewing' the case, said the Crown did 1101: propose to call evidence against Neylon, and the jury might acquit him. '
Mr Justice Edwards directed .the jury accordingly. - ' ’
