Take a little ‘filrphan girl, an irascible old major and a pair of’ lovers whose road to happiness is blocked by all sorts of obstacles, and you ghave the ingredients: of the delightful ]fare which is served up by the ‘WOI-ld ‘Film Corporationtand labelled “Home \Vanted.)” The principal characters in the story, Madge Daw the little orplniri, and Major Arnesworth. are represented "by dainty and adorable Madge Evans and that lovable interpreter of elderly roles. Will Carlton. The story is a simple play on the humanities of life. You get a lump in your thr-oat~—but not too often and you get plenty of; amusement too, for Madge Evans trifles xritlr _vour feelings in an inimitable way. in the development of the story Madge takes the strings. End the cliamcters too the line and take hands whenever she deems the psychological moment is due. As an entertaining depiction of the artless d‘iplomacy oft‘ childhood. Madge Evans in “Home ‘Wanted,” is quite delightful. “Good Mornig Nurse-” an excellent comic ‘will also be shown.
