The need for Increasing ADVERTISING RATES i s no less urgent to enable the immensely increased cost of producing the newspaper being met. The rate for casual advertisements is therefore increased from four shillings per inch per insertion v to five shillings per inch per insertion. Ordinary contract advertising will merely be hardened up to strictly Tariff Rates.
