PEACE WITH POLAND. ALLIES’ NOTE TO RUSSIA. SPA, July 11. It is reported that a.s a result of the request of Mr Grabski, Polish Foreign Minister, for Allied intervention, pointing -out that Poland’s foil eign policy was misunderstood, the Allies have sent a Note to Russia proposing an immediate armistice with Poland on condition that the Poles withdrew to their own frontier. The armistice is to be followed by a. peace conference in which all the States bordering Russia s-hall participate.

The Note adds that.if tile Bolsheviks invade Poland the Allies will give Poland everylfiossfble assistance. It is officially denied that Britain is proposing a separate peace with Russia.
