WOMAN DEPUTY’S CHARGES. / SCENE IN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY LONDON, May 22. A message from Berlin reports that there were amazing scenes in the German National Assembly during the debate on the use of French colonial troops in the occupation of Frankfort. Frau Zeetz, an Independent Socialist member, queried the lack of mention of German immoralities and bru talities to women in Russia, Belgium, and elsewhere, but the rest of her speech was drowned in the hubbub which a -use.
