BRITISH AND FOREIGN BIBLE SOCIETY.
WELLINGTON, This da*-. Rev. P. H. Spencer, who for the past twenty-two years has been secretary and organiser for the British and Foreign Bible Society, has tendered his resignation'prior to faking tip his residence in Auckland. The Rev. A. T. Thompson, M.A., 8.D., who has been associated for the past two years with Mr Spencer, has been appointed to fill the vacancy.
