PREFERENCE TO LIMBLESS MEX. CHRISTCHURCH, July 1. The matter of preference at soldiers’ land ballots to limbless men was discussed at a meeting of those so afflicted this evening, and the following motion was carried: "That this meeting expresses its desire to Cooperate with T.B. soldiers to secure preference at future ballots where sections are considered to bo suitable for them.
