Collins, alias Kearney, alias Thomas James Summers, was charged that on 22nd June, 1920, he was a rogue and vagabond ,in that he was found by night without lawful excuse in a stable of Dwan Bros. He was convicted and ces to six months' imprisonment, with hard labour. On a similar charge Andrew O'Niell was convicted and sentenced to three months, the warrant to be suspended until 1 p.m. provided he left town before that hour. - r ;\> f V ' ' " ' -\ j WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23. (Before Messrs Aldridge and J. RCunninghame, Justices) , Hari Huatahu, alias Toi Huatahi, alias Ti Huatahi, on a charge of committing an aggravated assault on one Annie Sinclair Fraser on the evening of June 21st, pleaded guilty, and elected to be with summarily. He was convicted, and sentenced to six months' hard labour in "Wellington gaol. This was the maximum sentenced allowed by law by the justices to inflict.
