RCunninghame, Justices) , Hari Huatahu, alias Toi Huatahi, alias Ti Huatahi, on a charge of committing an aggravated assault on one Annie Sinclair Fraser on the evening of June 21st, pleaded guilty, and elected to be with summarily. He was convicted, and sentenced to six months' hard labour in "Wellington gaol. This was the maximum sentenced allowed by law by the justices to inflict.
