‘ Te Hapara Steeplechase.-—l"‘agot 1, Brunswick 2. The only starters. Brunswick fell at the first hurdle, the rider (Tricklebank) sustaining an in-‘ jury to the collarbone, leaving Fagot "to secure the stege. The clerk of the course mounted Brunswick and set out to secure second money_ He subsequently transferred the mount to Rigny, who finished the distance.
