TAIHAPE SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Co. Ltd., Palmerston North, report having held their usual fortnightly sale at Taihape on Wednesday, the 2nd June, when a good yarding of both sheep and cattle came forward. Competition on all classes was not so keen as previous sales and as a consequence sheep and cattle were harder to quit. We quote: M.S. lambs 16/ to 18/6, cull lambs 8/ to 9/3, cull ewes 8/, small 2-th wethers 23/, steers £lO.
