The plaintiff acted as agent for the Public Trustee at Hamilton from 113.178 to 1919. The dispute related to his remuneration as such agent, which. he‘alleged, was to be one-half of the commission charged by the Public Trust Oflice on the capital and -income of the‘ assets of estates introduced by him to the otlice, 1 and at cominission of 1 per cent. on interest collected on office investments. It was admi'tted by’, ‘the defendant ‘that, the plaintiff was entitled to re muneration at the specified rates on all assets realised and income collect-I ed during his engagement, but it was denied that he was entitled to any rel muneration since July 31, 1919‘.
