A some\\'hv:lt sensational occurrence took place at Ashliurst a few days ago. A little day. son of Mr John Currie, was fouml hzmgiiig by the neck. The little chap lmd climbed :1 tree and evidently had Fallen. Having his school bag over his slioulder when lie fall, it hail c;lu_9;ht in the tree and tigiih:-1x.3-1 ronml his neck. He was in this position for some considerable time before being found by his sister. He was then quite "blue aml almost strangled.
