WOOL MARKEI REPORTS. Dalgety and Company,-].td., report having received the following cablegram from their London ofliice, under date of 7th instant:-—“Woo1 sales closed with less spirit and prices were rather lower. As compared with last sale’s closing rates, super combing merino are 5 per cent to 10 per cent lower, good combing merino 10 per cent ‘to 15 per cent lower, average merino 15 per cent to 20 per cent lower, faulty merina. 15 per cent to 20 per cent lower, good fine (-.ross‘b‘red Wools 10 per cent lower, average and faulty fine crossbred wools 15 per cent lower, medium and coarse crossbred wools 10 per cent to 15 per ceni lower. Withdrawals of medium and‘ coarse crossbred ywools were fairly heavy. French buyers are opoi-a_t“:'r_:,<,; cz;u_i-iolrsly and American buyers are operating \‘rery_lit.tle.” . . .
