TAIHAPE DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL
On Monday last, April 26th, the day was devoted in the whole of the State Schools of the Dominion, to the teaching of special lessons dealing with ‘fAnza_c Day’? and its associations. . In Taihape at 2.15 13.111. the children were assembled in the school grounds and the following short programme was gcse through:——~ School Roll of Honour, read by one of the girl pupils . “God Bless the Prince of Wales,” sung by senior pupils. Declarzrtion of Loyalty, I~epea.ted by whole school. Address by Cliairman of the School Comniittee. ‘ “God Save the King” March past and Salue of the Flag. i The lollowing is the Roll of Honour which has -been compiled as faithfully as possible from a.ll available records.
