TAIHAPE DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL
On Monday last, ‘April 26th, the day was devoted in the whole of the State schools of the Dominion, to the teaching of special lessons dealing with “Anzac Day,’ and its associations. . In Taihape at 2.15 p.m. the children were assembled in the school grounds and the following short programme was go-se through:—-
School Roll of Honour, read by one of the girl pupils . “God Bless the Prince of Wales-,” sung by senior pupils. Declaration of Loyalty, repeated by whole school.
