Sergeant O’GrarEly, of Waihi, with a. local constable, arested at Te Te Puke yesterday Henry Thomas Hur-1-ell (alias John Thomas Brown), a saddler in that town, on a charge of incest lon his daughter at Christchurch in 1912, and with failing to maintain his wife in Christchurch on a warrant issued in 1912. Accused is alsccharged with having committed bigamy at Te Puke on April 22, 1914. Hurrell was remanded to Rotorua, Where a further remand will be asked for to Christchurch. _ "
