PLOTTING ANOTHER REVOLUTION.

The Berlin newspaper Freihcit. states that General Luttwitz and Colonel Bischofl? are staying at Frazburg, plotting another I'e.volution embracing the whole of Germany. Several regiments, as well as student corps in vru-ious towns, are supporting the movement. The Freiheit adds: “The Gove}nmc_-nfv is aware of the plot, but; does not intervene, and does not execute War Wal'l‘ant.s for the zn'i"ést of Luttwitz and Bischoflt‘ for partfizipating in ~fhe Kapp revolution.” _ Foch and -Sir Henry Wilson will attend the San Remo conference. M~ssrs Lloyd George and Balfour will afferwards go to Rome as guests of the Italian Government
