MANAWATU AND WEST COAST AGRICULTURAL AND PASTORAL ASSOCIATION.
o In June next the Eighteenth Na-i tional Dairy Show will take place at the Palmerston North Show Grounds. The purebred cattle exhibition and sale, the fifth of its hind, will give to all who are interested an opportunity of viewing and buying sonic of the best stock in New Zealand. TnO Manawatu Poultry Association hold their exhibition on 23rd, 24rd, and 25th June, and this should be of great interest to all poultrymen. There are classes for every assortment of vegetables and field roots, special prizes for seeds display, and for the best market garden display. Last year’s apple exhibition was a rocorjl. and competitors this year are very keen about the championship. A Ereaders’ Club is being added to the already extensive buildings of the Association and will be ready for use at Show time. General entries close on June 7th.
