OWNERS‘ TERMS ACCEPTED.

WAIHI, April 3.

The secret ballot of the Ohinemuri Mines and Batteries Union on the question of accepting the terms offer» ed by the owners was concluded at Waihi to-day. Many of the men did not vote, but those who did participate in the ballot were overwhelmingly in favour of resumption. A total of 350 valid Votes were cast, of which 293 were for calling th"e strike oif and 66 against acceptance of the offer. 4
