Oscar Paul Faii-burn, aged 22, pleaded not guilty and" was committed for hjial on a charge of’ having» stolen £IOO from H. M. Sim, a. returned Australian soldier, whose body was discovered in the harbour recently. Evidence was given that the accused changed a Commonwealth banknote for‘.£loo into New Zealand money.
