’ Reserved judgment was given in a case in which 3 man was charged with driving a motor-car on the Haven road at a greater speed than 12 miles an hour. contrary to the Nelson city bylaws. Magistrate Evans held tfiat the bye-laws in question were unreasonable and void, and dismissed the information.
