WASHINGTON, March 26. "The Republican House of Representative leaders have completed -a, tentative peace resolution which they believe will be on constitutional ‘and effective plans, and is approved by Senator Lodge. The other leaders are to ask that action will soon be taken on the resolution declaring that 21 state of war has ceased to exist, just as :1 resolution in 1917 declared that :1 state of war existed.

The. House leaders believe ‘that if Ml‘ Wilson refused to Sign after the resolution was passed, it would become effective by overriding his veto.
