The recent Sinn Fcin propaganda describes Alan Bell was acting in the English Secret Service for forty years. He always has been in closest touch with Dublin Castle. Bc'll had a loaded revolver. His murderers, sitting beside him, acted so quickly that he had 'not time to draw it. Another accomplice pulled the trolley pole from the ovcrllcad wire, stopping the tram.
There was a dramatic arrest of five youths embarking "on a Dublin ferry boat for Liverpool. Fifty pdlice were alongside the steamer, accompanied by an armoured car, which brought a. gun to bear on"rhe gangway. The five of them were arrested and driven 01? to an unknown destination. It is understood their arrest is in connection with South Irish oufirages. "
