SHOCKING FATALITY.

WOMAN DIES FROM BURNS. PAEROA, March 16. An accident resulting in the death of Mrs J. VV. Graves took place at Paeroa yesterday, Mrs Graves wasbusy washing, and while she was near the copper her dress caught fire. Be~ coming alarnied she rushed out on the road, screaming for help, with the result that the breeze fanned "(he flames and before assistance could be procured she was burned all Over. Dl‘ Smith was immediately in attendance and ordered her removal to Vvaihi Hospital, where she succumbed at 7.15 o’clock.
