SEAMEN'S THREAT WITHDRAWN. STRIKE BELIEVED OVER. Received 10.10 am. SYDNEY, This Day. Seamen have withdrawn their strike threat, and the engineers are meeting today, when it is expected the strike will be declared off. All maritime unions are now ready to resume Wol'k.
