TAIHAPE SHOW .
Record entries ha’ been received for the Taihape S’ .., to be held on the Taihape recreation ground on Wed-~ nesday next, the 25th inst. The display of stock promises to be the flnest yet seen in the district, and from the enfries received for the competitions there will be a display of riding and jumping that will be Worth going a {bug way to see. The conlmittee~ for the convenience of those attending the Show from -down country, ‘have arranged for a special frain to leave Taihape for Merton and intermediate stations at 5.30 p.m. on the evening of the Show. Hot water will be pro» vided free on the ground, and as the catering is in the hands of Messrs Rawlins, of Palmerston Noiith, those desiring to satisfy the inner man can rely on satisfaction. For the children there will be numerous sideshows to entertain them. '
