NEW RUSSIAN .A.G«R'EEMENT. ‘ BOLSHEVIKS MUST BE. FOUGHT. DENIKEN’S IMPASSIONED ‘ SPEECH. Received 10.50 a.m_ LONDON, Feb. 16. The Daily Chronicle’s Black sea correspondent states that Deniken has en.tered into an .a,gr-sc-mcnt with the Cossacks in regard to establishing an Elective Legislative at Ekaterinador. Deniken giffes up the dictationship and his enterprise is taking a new democrlatic form. In an impassioned speech Denikefi de'clared that he stood for a united indivisible Russia. ‘Peasants and Cossacks sharing land by Bolshevism must be fought to a finish. An ‘AII-~ Russian Constituent Assembly will later determine the form of Govern. ‘ment. The agreement ensures con;tinued military co-operation ‘between §Deniken’s volunteers and the Coslsacks.
