In an impassioned speech Denikefi de'clared that he stood for a united indivisible Russia. ‘Peasants and Cossacks sharing land by Bolshevism must be fought to a finish. An ‘AII-~ Russian Constituent Assembly will later determine the form of Govern. ‘ment. The agreement ensures con;tinued military co-operation ‘between §Deniken’s volunteers and the Coslsacks.
